Well after some earnest seaching last night, I think I found it. Summit has it listed in the GM performance parts section under part # 10129569. It comes complete with bracket. Now I plan on removng both the smog pump and A/C compressor as one or both is making a bad bearing sound. Is 97" the right size belt? NAPa has the ac bypass pulley in stock.

97" would work with the AC compressor remaining, probably have to do some measuring without the AC.

Ok, last night I pulled the A/C compressor and installed the bypass pulley assembly. I didnt have to worry about refrigerant causing global warming because when I cracked the line at the condensor nothing came out, the system was empty!. The annoying squek is gone with the bypass pulley, in fact the engine compartment has never been so quiet. I'm not in a rush now to pull the smog pump. FWIW, I used the stock belt as the bypass pulley is the same size as the compressor pulley. BTW why in Gods green earth are half the bolts metric and half standard on this truck????

I use a 97.5" belt with the smog delete. 97" without it.
Do you have a part# on the AC bypass setup?
Hard to find the BB one.

2FAS, I dont have a part #, But I got it at the local NAPA store (they had it in stock!). I found it on their website (NAPA). Just type in AC Pulley in into the search field.

Did you ever happen to find the part number for your AC delete you got from NAPA?  I searched on there web site and could not find it.  All the ones I found were listed for the 5.7 or did not state what engine.
